Q 1: Wholesale availability?
A large collection is always available here in wholesale bolts. Besides this, we have a very beneficial wholesale program for resellers and designers. Write to us at customersupport@annegeorges.com for information about our wholesale pricing options.
Q 2: All of your fabrics are woven / knitted with natural yarn?
Our fabrics are made with natural yarn such as Cotton, Silk, Linen, Wool. We do use rayon for a few of our fabrics. Rayon is processed from sustainable wood pulp and does involve processing to extract fiber into yarn.
All our fabrics are labelled accurately with their material composition for you to make informed purchase decisions.
Q 3: Could I order samples?
Yes, you can order samples/swatches by directly clicking "Order Swatch /Sample" button from product pages.
Q 4: What are the shipping options that I can look at?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, except custom options like prepare for dye, custom dyeing service and custom printing service. There are 2 shipping options available and you will be able to select from among these options in the shopping cart.
  1. Standard shipping (15-18 business days, fully trackable) 
  2. DHL (8-10 business days, fully trackable)
Packages sent on standard shipping mode transitions through multiple shipping partners in its journey to you. We ship through ShipRocket from India and delivery in destination countries is through local mail delivery system. For example, in the USA, USPS brings your package in. Tracking information might appear to be stalled at times while local mail delivery systems are waiting for the package to arrive in their network; this is expected as systems do not update live data right away while it transitions through various points in our shipper's routing. 
You must select DHL for real-time door-to-door tracking service for international orders. All items ship from India.

Q 5What is the pre and post buying support I can expect from AnneGeorges?

Q 6: Do you address regulatory compliances in your shipping? 

All our orders ship with the required regulatory and export compliance documentation. Our natural dye stuff ships with a printed copy of the applicable Safety Data Sheets. Reach out to us for assistance if any further documentation is required.
